Time Pieces for Recorder
Time Pieces for Recorder is a popular series of repertoire that explores the wealth of music written from 15th century to the present day. The pieces are presented chronologically within each volume and all include the year in which they were written.
These four volumes provide well-crafted and idiomatic arrangements for recorder and piano at Grades 1 to 5. All have been carefully arranged by Kathryn Bennetts and Peter Bowman to practise the note ranges and keys of the early grades while providing straightforward piano accompaniments for the teacher to play.
The selection of pieces for the descant and treble volumes is completely different, and each volume contains pieces suitable for ABRSM Recorder exams.
