"Look no further than the first of the six. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bass notes in bar 12 are completely wrong (they should be a tenth below the tenor line, not an octave) and the last quaver of the bar even has the A flat missing. This is not Fournier taking liberties with JSB - his own recording shows scrupulous fidelity to the original harmony - and he would have been horrified. Anyone familiar with the Leipzig Chorale Preludes would have spotted this howler ages ago. It's a disgrace that proof-reading as shoddy as this should pass muster for any Associated Board set piece - let alone Grade 8."
