About the item

Give us the order and product details we need to check eligibility and spot the right next step.

Use the order number from your order confirmation email.
Add the product name, ISBN, or enough detail for us to identify the item.
Tell us how many copies or units are affected.
Tell us what is wrong with the item and include photo links if you can.
If the parcel or packaging arrived damaged, mention that in your message and include photo links if possible.
Tell us what you ordered and what you actually received so we can compare the two quickly.

Choose the outcome you need, confirm any condition checks, and tell us anything else the team should know.

Changed-your-mind requests are handled as refunds if the item is eligible under the policy.
We will check whether the order has already moved to dispatch. If it has, we will advise the next best option by email.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof that they were sent back.

Should I send the item back straight away?

No. Please wait for our reply so we can confirm the correct instructions and return address first.

What if I need to cancel before dispatch?

Use the same form and choose Need to cancel before dispatch. We will check dispatch status and tell you whether the order can still be cancelled before shipment.
