All products on the ABRSM Shop are printed and dispatched directly from our trusted UK partner: Page Bros Norwich Ltd.
All titles are standard ABRSM publications produced by Page Bros Norwich Ltd.

Typical UK delivery timings are shown below. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You'll receive email updates at key stages.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown for each method. Prices include applicable UK VAT.

You will receive emails when your order is received and when your item ships (with tracking where available). If you provide a mobile number at checkout we may also send SMS updates. You can view live status in your store account.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, use our returns form so we can review it and advise the next steps quickly.
We’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner and the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Delivery times may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, for example industrial action or severe weather. We’ll keep you informed and minimise disruption where possible.
