Browse our full tuba range for Music Medals Brass 2 and mixed-brass books, as well as repertoire and accompaniments. The Brass 2 Options Practice Book is for E flat tuba in bass clef. Music Medals is a separate assessment route, so choose the level and part with your teacher. For graded exams, use Syllabus Finder and the official tuba exam information to check current requirements.

Both routes use listed repertoire. Practical Grades include three pieces, scales and arpeggios, sight-reading and aural tests. Performance Grades use a four-piece programme without separate technical or aural tests. Check the requirements for your route in Syllabus Finder before choosing extra practice books or an own-choice score.

Start with your grade and exam route in Syllabus Finder. Check the exact piece and edition listed, then choose any technical books you need. A book’s grade band helps you choose suitable practice music; it does not mean every piece is eligible for your exam.

Our tuba range offers repertoire anthologies and separate technical books rather than a dedicated Exam Pack or Exam Pieces series. Shining Brass and Brass Mix are useful starting points for Grades 1 to 5. For higher-grade repertoire, follow the publication named for each piece in Syllabus Finder.

Both ranges offer music for lessons and performance. In each series, Book 1 covers Grades 1 to 3 and Book 2 covers Grades 4 and 5. Check the listed piece, edition and part before buying for an exam. Neither series contains the complete tuba syllabus.

We have separate from-2023 books for B flat, C and F tuba, covering Grades 1 to 8. For E flat tuba in bass clef, choose the shared Baritone, Euphonium and E flat Tuba books in Grades 1 to 5 or Grades 6 to 8. Scales and arpeggios and sight-reading are sold separately. Match your instrument and clef to the full product title.

Check the requirements for the clef and pitch you use. The scales titles shown here are bass-clef books, and the shared Baritone and Euphonium titles apply specifically to E flat tuba in bass clef. Do not assume a book for another tuba pitch or clef has the same requirements. Ask your teacher or check the official tuba exam information before ordering.

Shining Brass and Brass Mix have separately sold piano accompaniments. Match the series, book number and accompaniment key to the part you will play. Shining Brass offers B flat, E flat and F accompaniment editions. Our tuba collection lists Brass Mix accompaniments in B flat and E flat. Choose with your teacher rather than relying on a broad instrument label.
